Antigua and Barbuda
The hill and cove-enhanced isle of Antigua claims 365 beaches, one for each day of your vacation provided you are a year-long sabbatical. Capital city of the twin administered Antigua & Barbuda is St John s. There are so many Antigua/Barbuda beaches, so many scenic isles, and probably so little time--unless you are blessed with the aforementioned sabbatical.
Water sports abound. At night you can dance under the stars to reggae and steel drum traditional music. There is also a gaming casino.

By Air
Direct Flights: Iberia Airlines, British Airways, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, Air Canada
You can fly to many of the cities and towns within Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra, by chartering a small plane or taking one of the regularly scheduled commuter-type flights from the Ribas Dominicci Airport in Isla Grande, San Juan, or other local airports. If you are staying in the west of the island, look into direct flights to and from the Aguadilla airport.

Most of the shopping is located in St. John s. Harmony Hall has an excellent selection of Caribbean arts and crafts and there are ever changing exhibits. Heritage Quay is a shopping and entertainment destination, which has 40 duty-free shops and a range of restaurants. Items include English woolens and linens, perfumes, liquors, jewelry, china and crystal. There are also special items made on Antigua, which include straw work, batik, pottery, Antiguan rum, shell curios and silk-screened, hand-printed local designs on fabrics. Boutiques sell one-of-a-kind items and galleries offer Caribbean art. You can also buy Cuban cigar.

Taxis are available at the airport, hotels and major tourist points. In the tourism zones, rates are fixed and posted. Outside the zones, taxis are metered and can be hired by the hour.
Ferry service to Culebra and Vieques is available at the small port of Fajardo on the east end of the island. Private boats can also be chartered at many of the marinas on the east coast.
