RESERVATION
All special room rates in INR (Indian Rupee) are per room per night applicable only for IFEX 2010.
Rooms are available strictly on first come first served basis and can be secured by 100% non refundable payment of the total expected billing.
Room check-in / checkout time is 12 noon (Indian Standard Time). If arriving late night / early morning, the room needs to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
 
TAXES:
The Luxury Tax is currently 6% on the published tariff of the hotels in Hyderabad and is not included in the above rates (unless specified).
A Government service tax of 2.575% (on accommodation) is applicable on the total invoiced amount.
All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during the event dates will apply.
