Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Accommodation has been secured at selected hotels at a very special rates (refer to the official hotel charts). Delegates are requested to book their rooms well in advance to avoid any inconvenience caused due to non availability of rooms.

Hotel Check-in / Check-out is 12 noon(indian standard time) and room needs to be booked from the previous night if arriving late night / early morning. It is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Rooms can be booked by sending us a full advance deposit equivalent to full amount of accommodation bill within seven working days of receiving confirmation from International Travel House Limited. please ensure to send your request before the booking deadline.

Airport Transfer

Please indicate whether airport transfers are required upon arrival / departure. Cost is INR 1200 per one way transfer by air-conditioned mid-segment car from airport to any city hotel and vise-versa

Flight details can also be advised at a later date.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION BOOKING:

• Hotel tariffs are applicable as indicated in the local currency – INR or Rs (Indian Rupees).
• Rooms can be booked by filling the “Hotel & Tour booking form” & sending the same to Official Travel Agent – International Travel House Limited or sending an online hotel booking request.
• Rooms have to be booked by sending us a non-refundable advance deposit equivalent to full amount of accommodation bill within seven working days of receiving confirmation from International Travel House Limited. Please ensure to send your request before the booking deadline.
  
  
• All rates are per room per night basis.
• Currently applicable government luxury tax on rooms is 6% on published tariff.
• A Government service tax of 2.575 % is extra and applicable on the total invoiced amount.
• Room check-in / checkout time is 12 noon (IST). If arriving late night / early morning, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
• Payments if received by bank transfer should be in full and the bank processing charges should be paid for separately.
• Booking amendments in shape of stay reductions / cancellations less than 15 days from check-in and early departures after check-in / No shows will attract full retention for the cancelled part.
  
  
• Rooms are available strictly on a first-come-first-served basis and will be confirmed only on payment of advance. It is advisable to book your room(s) well in advance, to avoid a waitlist status.
• All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax / VAT) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates to apply.
• The travel Distance between various hotels and venue is approximate.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE :

If Cancelled between 30 or more days prior to check-in date          25 % Cancellation charges for period reserved
If Cancelled between30 to 15 days prior to check-in date                50 % Cancellation charges for period reserved
If Cancelled between 15 to 5 days prior to check-in date                 100 % Cancellation charges for period reserved
No-Show / Reduction in stay after check-in                                    100 % Cancellation charges for period reserved
