We urge all participants to book their accommodation by 30th August 2010 (Baring Hotel Imperial for which the cut off date is 6th August, 2010) as the event dates are peak for New Delhi - being the venue of Common Wealth Games . Rooms will be available on a ‘first come first serve basis’ and ‘subject to availability’.
