Entitlements for Leisure Travel


Up to US$ 10,000 or its equivalent per person, in one calendar year for one or more private visits (BTQ) to countries other than Nepal and Bhutan.

Entitlements for Business Travel

Up to US$ 25000 or its equivalent for business travel to countries other than Nepal and Bhutan.

Documentation of Leisure Travel
  • Valid passport
  • Visa
  • Ticket
  • BTQ form (duly signed by the applicant).
Documentation of Business Travel
  • Letter from the sponsoring organisation in the specified format.
  • Memorandum of Association of the Company
  • Memorandum of Registration of the Company
  • List of authorized signatories
  • PAN Card.
  • Currency Notes Entitlement for Overseas Trips
  
 

Currency Limit:
 
1. Iraq and Libya: up to US$ 5,000 or its Equivalent.
2. Iran and Russian Federation: up to full foreign exchange entitlement.
3. All other countries of the world: up to US$ 2,000 (except Nepal and Bhutan)
